The Consultation
 

• Initial consultation / treatment sessions typically run 75-90 minutes (please plan accordingly)

  • subsequent sessions​ are approximately 30 minutes shorter

• ​Our practitioner will ask about your health history and take the time to get your diagnosis right

  • this is essential to properly design an effective and customized treatment plan​

Preparing for Your Session

• Please wear or bring comfortable and loose clothing to your session

• Best to snack or eat lightly before your session

• Please bring copies of any labs or test results 

  • FSH, Progesterone, LH, estradiol, AMH, etc​
